Estimados padres / tutores: Queremos informarle que hoy se nos notificó que una persona de nuestra comunidad escolar dio positivo en la prueba de COVID-19. Debido a las leyes de privacidad, estamos limitados en la información que podemos proporcionar relacionada con la persona afectada. Le instamos a que también respete la privacidad de nuestros estudiantes y personal. Los miembros del personal y / o estudiantes / padres que pueden haber estado en contacto cercano (es decir, a 6 pies de un individuo positivo durante más de 15 minutos, o colectivamente durante 15 minutos o más durante un período de 24 horas) con el individuo positivo han ha sido contactado con instrucciones para permanecer en cuarentena en casa durante 10 días. COVID TESTING AND VACCINATIONS The Tulare County Health Department is offering COVID-19 testing and vaccinations at the Richgrove Memorial Building today (Friday the 10th) until 3 PM. The next three Fridays they will also be offering these services from 10AM to 6PM. Good Morning Richgrove Family! Please make sure to do a self-health screening today and everyday of school. If your child has any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not send to school. Good Morning Richgrove Family! Today is our first day of school and we cannot wait to see you all. With that said please make sure to do a self-health screening today and everyday of school. ¡La escuela comienza este lunes 9 de agosto a las 8:05! Esperamos volver a verlos a todos y nos gustaría aprovechar este momento para brindarles información importante. Todos los lunes (incluido este lunes) es un día de salida anticipada. El jardín de infantes terminará a la 1:00 p.m. Los grados 1 al 6 saldrán a las 2:00 p.m. Los grados 7 al 8 saldrán a las 2:30 PM. School begins this Monday August 9th at 8:05! We look forward to seeing everyone again and would like to take this time to get you some important information. Every Monday (including this Monday) is an early dismissal day. Kindergarten will be dismissed at 1:00PM 1st-6th grade will be dismissed at 2:00PM 7th-8th grade will be dismissed at 2:30 PM. Morning entrance begins at 7:30. Breakfast will be served in the classrooms for TK-6th grade after the bell. Junior high students will pick up breakfast in the gym when they enter campus. The first bell rings at 8:00. Please so not allow students to arrive to campus too early. Parent (one) of Kindergartener will be allowed to walk their child to class for the first few days of school, but will have to be health screened at the gate. The following image will show where students will enter the campus. Have a great restful weekend and SEE YOU MONDAY!!!

Richgrove Families, Here are a couple of announcements for next week: -School begins Monday August 9th at 8:00 AM. -K-6th grade students will have breakfast in their classrooms. -Students will rotate through lunch to have less students eating together at one time. -One class will rotate so that one class eats outside under the shade structures. -Students must wear masks indoors. Masks outdoors are optional (for now.) -IF YOUR CHILD NEEDS A BACKPACK WE WILL SUPPLY THEM WITH ONE THAT FITS THEIR LAPTOP. -Students will have a regular recess. -If you have a WiFi antenna on your home that we supplied please make sure it is plugged in. If you would like to volunteer to have one put at your home please contact the school at extension 101. -PLEASE DO A HEALTH SCREENING OF YOUR CHILD EVERY MORNING. IF THEY ARE NOT FEELING WELL OR HAVE A TEMPERATURE OF OVER 99 DEGREES THEY ARE TO STAY HOME. Thank You, RSD Administration

PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGISTRATION If you have not already registered your child for school please do so as soon as you can. There are many spots still available in our preschool and in our elementary school. If you have a child coming in or you know someone that has a child coming in please take care of that as soon as possible. Pass the word along!
